Big warm welcome to Stickerscape’s first ever guest blog.

We are over the (Halloween) (full) moon to introduce Hannah from Mummyandbeasties http://mummyandthebeastie.co.uk

A nurse, wife to Alex, mummy to 2 wee boys, a new baby girl and to add to all of that a blogger since 2011.

We just love Hannah and we are sure you will too.

Topic of course is Halloween – it’s our last week of the free Halloween wall/window sticker with every purchase and the Halloween wall/window sticker collection will then be on the back burner (until 2016).

We wish you all a Happy Halloween 2015.

It’s only a few days now until it’s that spooky time of the year – Halloween. I actually love the fact that Halloween has become a ‘bigger’ thing here in the UK like it is in the US. It’s a good excuse to dress up, hang up some decorations and have some fun. I’m kind of jealous really that my kids get to dress up and I don’t.

We have recently set up a playroom for our boys, which saw the demise of our dining room – sadly needs must. It’s their space to keep their toys, do drawing, watch films and eat their meals and it’s their little haven and a place to keep them out from under our feet. It’s also the perfect place that they can display their artwork and put things that they love.

Sometimes the run up to events can be just as exciting as the actual event. So we have popped up some window stickers to get prepared for Halloween this weekend as they wanted to make their room have a ‘spooky’ feel about it.

They absolutely love their new room theme with bats on the window and a cat flying on a broomstick, especially with the darker nights we are now having. At the moment they love dressing up in their skeleton costumes and turning the lights off to try and scare each other.

At the moment they’re getting in some practice for trick or treating on the night itself and come Saturday they will be putting pumpkins in their window to add to the effect.
