Q: Do you have minimum order quantities or spend?
A: No – we like to be able to work with businesses of all sizes. That’s why we have no minimum spend, helping you trial & test our products.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes –  if you order a box of 24 sticker packs (or more) you will be eligible for free shipping. This box can be made up of whatever designs you like – all the same or a mixture of different products. Below this order size, shipping is charged at £9.95.

Q: What are your lead times?
A: Please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. Where possible, we try to ship orders more quickly. All our shipping uses a next-working-day, signed for service.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All our products are proudly UK manufactured at our Stickerscape base in Hampshire, England.

Q: How do we place an order?
A: All orders can be placed via our online trade shop.

Q: How would you suggest we display your wall sticker packs in-store?
A: All our packs can be either hung or displayed standing. Our boxes include an integrated card Euro-slot hang tab as standard. If you do not wish to hang products / have a visible Euro-slot feature, please let us know on ordering. Of course, nothing compares to a customer seeing the wall stickers up on a wall – with their quality, matt finish we so often get told that they look much more like a painted mural than they do stickers! We do encourage our stockists to show sample wall stickers in-store where ever possible and we frequently run promotions for free sample products.

Q: Can we use your product images for adding the stickers to our website?
A: Yes. If you would like to add the products to your website please contact us with your requirements. Please note that this is only for use on your own business website, re-selling on third party sites like Amazon and Etsy is strictly prohibited under our trade terms and conditions.

Q: Do your trade prices include VAT?
A: All prices on the trade section of our website exclude VAT. The total amount payable, inclusive of VAT, will be shown in your basket before payment.

Q: Can you offer bespoke designs?
A: Possibly – we do make all our products in-house so please contact us to discuss your needs. Any bespoke design work will be subject to minimum order levels.

Q: Can we pick from any of your other products (not currently in the ‘trade’ section of your website)?
A: Possibly – please contact us to discuss your needs. This may depend on your packaging requirements, or be subject to minimum order quantities.
